i'm gonna be honest here, i don't think getting to the lunar colony is a priority if henries is willing to communicate with us directly or via a third party
all the security risks aside, it's a waste of time and resources we could be expending elsewhere
if he's willing to continue communicating with us, i agree, but i'm not letting this guy off scot-free just because he screwed up and got caught out. he would have continued to stay in the dark if his hand wasn't forced.
that said, i also think it's worth establishing a more reliable link between the earth and the moon. we can't just assume he'll let us use his private transport forever. we need some autonomy.

good news about a gate is that we can actually construct one from whole cloth, we just need to be on site for it. bad news is that we have to be on site for it.

with the right resources at my disposal, i can implement a cloaking system as well
only problem being, we would need to acquire those resources first
